Return & Refund Policy

Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame.

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received.

You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued! (The refund will be returned to your payment account within 3-7 days after receiving the email)

Allforest is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.

Step 1: contact support@allforest.com to initiate a return request with your payment proof attached and specify what you would like to return. 

Step 2: get approval from us and fill the return form we send to you

Step 3: package your items and ship it to us - please send your return to our warehouse at 9384 SW Tigard St, Portland, OR, USA.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We may take 1-3 business days to process your order.

Allforest is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.

And customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges & Price Matching

We do not offer exchanges or price-matching at this time. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us to submit a new order for your new items.
