WHERE DO WE SHIP TO

We currently support express delivery in all regions of the United States.

The following regions are not supported: Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, and U.S. APO/FPO military address.

If you do like our product a lot, and you are not in the US at the moment, please contact support@allforest.com for help, and we will see what we can do for you.

SHIPPING FAQ

When will my order ship?

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 2 pm PST ship within 24-48 hours. All orders placed after the cut-off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. This will cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?

Shipping estimates are provided by our partners DHL, FedEx and 4PX. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!

How does international shipping work?

We use DHL, FedEx and 4PX for all international shipments. Average total transit time is 5-12 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

Please ensure to provide a shipping address that  DHL, FedEx and 4PX are capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if DHL, FedEx and 4PX are unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided.

Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?

Some countries impose a value limit on international shipments. If your order is above the limit for your country, your order may be shipped as multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers. Contact us for more information on the value limits for your country.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will e-mail you with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online. If you have not received this email, please contact us via support@allforest.com.

Do you offer gift wrapping or boxes?

Yes, our products are packaged in exquisite packaging bags. If the order is more than 2 products, we will use the exquisite allforest Box for packaging.
